Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Behaviour Mentors to join our team at two primary schools in Brinnington, Stockport. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work alongside the class teacher and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with behaviour challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behaviour difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Support students in developing positive relationships with peers and adults
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
  • Primary school experience and a strong understanding of behaviour management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
