About the Role

The State Government of Victoria, Australia seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team in the Loddon Region. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide administrative support and advice to Corrections Victoria.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include supervising a team of Justice Officers, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring effective delivery of operational support services.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a multi-disciplinary team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A current driver's license would be an advantage.

The salary range for this position is $76,817 - $93,275.
