Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our Partnership School's expanding team.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to provide invaluable support to our pupils.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students with a range of needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students in various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community.
  • Empower and support students with SEN to achieve their educational and personal goals.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and the rights of students to be treated with respect and seen as learners.
  • Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines, if required.
