About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, enabling them to access courses across the college.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a variety of settings, including classrooms and college facilities.
  • Assist with note-taking, providing prompts and reassurance to students as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.
  • Contribute to the development of individual learning plans and strategies to support students with additional needs.
