Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and communication challenges.
- Collaborating with our clinical team to deliver targeted interventions.
- Offering pastoral care and emotional support, helping to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields (preferred) or has prior SEN experience in the education and training sector.
- Demonstrates an interest in working with children with autism, ADHD, and other learning or behavioural needs.
- Is eager to gain hands-on experience in an SEN setting to build their knowledge of mental health and learning challenges.
- Can easily commute to Bedford and is ready for a rewarding, full-time role.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £460-£500 per week, paid on a long-term contract basis. As a member of our team, you will also have access to additional benefits and opportunities for professional development.
