Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and communication challenges.
  2. Collaborating with our clinical team to deliver targeted interventions.
  3. Offering pastoral care and emotional support, helping to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  1. Has a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields (preferred) or has prior SEN experience in the education and training sector.
  2. Demonstrates an interest in working with children with autism, ADHD, and other learning or behavioural needs.
  3. Is eager to gain hands-on experience in an SEN setting to build their knowledge of mental health and learning challenges.
  4. Can easily commute to Bedford and is ready for a rewarding, full-time role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £460-£500 per week, paid on a long-term contract basis. As a member of our team, you will also have access to additional benefits and opportunities for professional development.
