Job Summary

Ayvens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vehicle Off Road Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for improving our overall vehicle off road performance, reducing vehicle off road time, and increasing communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Improvement
    • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in vehicle off road operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce vehicle off road time and improve overall performance.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on vehicle off road performance and progress.
  • Problem Solving and Escalation
    • Identify and resolve complex problems related to vehicle off road operations, including complaints and escalations.
    • Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Process Improvement and Reporting
    • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce vehicle off road time and improve overall performance.
    • Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on vehicle off road performance and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
