Job Summary

Ayvens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vehicle Off Road Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for improving our overall vehicle off road performance, reducing vehicle off road time, and increasing communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Improvement: Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce vehicle off road time.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of vehicle off road incidents.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vehicle off road operations and reduce costs.
  • Problem Solving and Escalation: Investigate and resolve vehicle off road incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Long-term Focus: Develop and implement strategies to reduce long-term vehicle off road time and improve overall performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to track and analyze vehicle off road performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on complaint handling and customer management.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Resilience: Strong resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
