About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Services Unit Manager to join our team at Farnham Road Medical Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our Patient Services Unit, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, manage, and lead a team of Patient Services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain operational efficiency of the people and processes to facilitate exemplary clinical care, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Line manage the Patient Services team, including day-to-day resolution of issues, absence management, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the Patient Services team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and other team members, to ensure that our services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may impact the delivery of our services, working collaboratively with other teams to find solutions.
