About the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Social Value Manager to join our consultancy division. As a key member of our social value team, you will be responsible for supporting both private and public sector clients in delivering their social value KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver social value consultancy services for both public and private sector clients.
  • Work with supply chains and consultants to develop social value KPIs, handbooks, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Attend client meetings and project review meetings to report outputs, issues, and risks.
  • Establish strong, positive relationships with both existing and new clients and identify opportunities for further work and support.
  • Line manage individuals within the social value team.
  • Write bid submissions and represent the social value team in bid presentations.
  • Support the development of the social value service offer across the business, including marketing/branding material and case studies.
  • Deliver social value training to the responsible business team and the wider business.
  • Support the delivery of Mace's grow together strategy and value to society targets.
  • Identify and produce case studies to assist with communicating best practice and lessons learnt.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement or delivering employment and skills requirements.
  • Construction or project management background and a motivation to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
  • Passion for developing innovation and pushing the boundaries.
