The Recurring Services Sales Lead will work closely with the Service Contracts Team Leader to support Kinly Account Managers in growing the company's recurring revenue service contracts. This involves collaborating with customers and stakeholders to create tailored service proposals that meet their specific needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in upselling existing services and developing new service business opportunities.
  • Work with Kinly Account Managers to price new service opportunities and create service proposals from the existing service portfolio and pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with customers and other Kinly stakeholders to clarify service entitlements and service level agreements.
  • Meet deadlines for submission to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide accurate monthly reporting on activity in agreed reporting templates.
  • Support the contract renewal process of enterprise customers, creating draft proposals and pricing from existing catalogues and pricing guidelines for approval.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales or contract management environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent written English and numerical skills.
  • Excellent word and excel skillset, with strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to think 'Outside the box'.
