At PeoplePlus, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIA Assessor to join our team. As an Assessor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes to learners across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners at organisations throughout the UK.
- Utilise your experience to inspire learners and support them through their training and assessment.
- Visit organisations locally and deliver a professional, high-quality service.
- Meet exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and the host client.
- Hold a TAQA, A1, or equivalent assessor award.
- Excellent communication skills, both with learners and stakeholders.
- Be professional, able to motivate and encourage people at all levels.
- Have a passion for what you do and relevant recent experience.
- Be willing to travel and have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
