The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assessor, delivering apprenticeship programmes to learners across the UK. As an Assessor, you will play a vital role in inspiring learners to reach their full potential, providing guidance and support throughout their training and assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes to learners at organisations throughout the UK
- Utilise your experience to support and guide learners through their training and assessment
- Visit organisations locally to deliver a professional service, adhering to exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and host client
- Motivate and encourage learners at all levels, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Relevant and recent experience in a similar role
- Hold a TAQA, A1, or equivalent assessor award
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage learners
- Professional and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality training and assessment
- Ability to travel and have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
