About the Role

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assessor to deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners at organisations throughout the UK. As an Assessor, you will play a vital role in inspiring learners to realise their potential and supporting them through their training and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners at organisations throughout the UK
  • Support and guide learners through their training and assessment
  • Visit organisations locally to deliver a professional, high-quality service
  • Meet exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and the host client

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering apprenticeship programmes
  • Relevant and recent experience as an Assessor
  • A TAQA, A1, or equivalent Assessor award
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and encourage learners at all levels
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to bring the subject matter to life
  • Willingness to travel and a driving licence
