About the Role

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Spa Receptionist to join our team at Bishopstrow. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless experience for our spa guests, and contributing to the overall success of our spa operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome and friendly goodbye to our spa guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Assist with guest queries, help with spa bookings, and communicate with hotel colleagues to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Take calls and emails, make bookings, and send confirmations on our spa systems, as well as prepare information for new and current spa members.
  • Oversee the guest areas during busy times, ensuring they are clean and tidy, and providing an approachable atmosphere for all members and guests.
  • Offer to serve coffee or champagne, and provide a hospitable spirit to our guests.
