We are seeking a friendly and approachable Spa Receptionist to join our team at Bishopstrow. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and farewell to our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our spa guests, responding to their queries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our therapists and attendants to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Manage our spa systems, including taking calls and emails, making bookings, and sending confirmations.
  • Oversee the guest areas, ensuring they are clean and tidy during busy periods.
  • Provide an approachable atmosphere for all members and guests, offering to serve refreshments and making them feel valued.
