- Lead and Drive Support Technology Strategy: Engage and collaborate with line of business and technologists to lead and drive the support technology strategy.
- Capture Requirements and Use Cases: Capture requirements and use cases that will drive the need for innovation and technology exploitation to drive business benefit.
- Work Across Programmes: Work across programmes that cover physical and synthetic domains.
- Define and Implement Technology Road Maps: Define and implement the technology road maps.
- Identify Funding Opportunities: Identify funding opportunities across the business for research and developing exciting proposals for technology development programmes.
- Generate Collaborative Programmes: Generate collaborative programmes and identifying opportunities for funding with key external partners, suppliers, and SMEs.
- Interface with External Research Organisations: Interface between BAE Systems and external research organisations on support technology research.
- Work with Stakeholders: Work with BAE Systems and customer stakeholders in leading the delivery of solutions.
Essential Skills:

Desirable Skills:

This is an excellent role for someone that has been involved in digital transformation projects in any of the following sectors: Aerospace & Defence, Engineering, Pharma, or Manufacturing. The salary is £54,793 to £60,326 plus an excellent benefits package.
