Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality and HSSE programs across our subsidiaries and projects.

Your primary tasks will include managing project quality audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and fostering alignment between quality/HSSE programs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve front-end engineering services quality and HSSE programs across all subsidiary offices and projects.
  • Ensure effective execution of project quality audits and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, client satisfaction, and compliance with external certification standards.
  • Develop and promote quality/HSSE programs within Petrofac's Global Management System (GMS).
  • Liaise with colleagues to identify and lead business process improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of quality/operational HSSE matters and the GMS system.
  • Support quality resolution and audit project quality.
  • Promote employee awareness of quality/HSSE requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop, maintain, and implement an integrated business management system and quality improvements.

Qualifications:

While a degree in engineering, business, or management is desirable, it is not mandatory. However, you must possess extensive quality management experience and have a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
