Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing front-end engineering services quality and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) programs, encompassing all subsidiary offices and projects.
You will manage the timely and accurate execution of project quality audits and reporting on the same.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and develop front-end engineering services quality and HSSE programs, covering all subsidiary offices and projects.
- Manage project quality audits and reporting.
- Foster and align quality/HSSE programs in support of business objectives, project objectives, client satisfaction, continual improvement, and compliance with external certification requirements.
- Develop and promote quality/HSSE programs within the framework of Petrofac's Global Management System (GMS).
- Lead business process improvement initiatives, collaborating with the wider Energy Transition Projects Division and other Petrofac business units as necessary.
- Have leadership responsibility and approval authority for internal systems, quality/operational HSSE matters, and our GMS system.
- Audit and report on project quality.
- Support project quality resolution.
- Promote awareness of our GMS system and quality/HSSE requirements among employees.
- Collaborate with people at all levels to develop, maintain, communicate, and implement an integrated business management system and quality improvements.
Requirements:
An engineering, business, or management degree is preferred but not essential. You must have extensive quality management experience, along with a detailed knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
