We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at The Nelson Trust as a Complex Needs Services Lead. This pivotal role requires a strong commitment to supporting women with complex needs and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver exceptional services, including the Sex Workers Outreach Project, Complex Needs, Change, and Women's Recovery.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Represent The Nelson Trust at various meetings and events.
- Provide effective supervision and coaching to staff, manage contracts and grants, and ensure data quality.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the centre, including staffing, safeguarding, and client interventions.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong commitment to supporting women with complex needs.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services.
