Transforming Lives: Complex Needs Services Lead

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at The Nelson Trust as a Complex Needs Services Lead. This pivotal role will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of women with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality services, including the Sex Workers Outreach Project, Complex Needs, Change, and Women's Recovery.
  • Ensure services are delivered to an exceptional standard, within budget and timeframes, while fostering a supportive and trauma-responsive environment for both staff and clients.
  • Work closely with the Criminal Justice Services Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities at the Women's Centre.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and represent The Nelson Trust at various meetings and events.
  • Provide effective supervision and coaching to staff, manage contracts and grants, produce timely reports, and ensure data quality.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the centre, including staffing, safeguarding, and client interventions.
