Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Assistant - Customer Service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer receives a warm welcome and leaves with a positive experience.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and merchandising products.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights
