Join Our Team as a Deputy Manager at RB Social Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at RB Social Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional care to the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the care team in delivering high-quality care to the children
  • Assist the Registered Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the home
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of the children
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a childrens home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
