Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential children's home in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, promoting a positive culture, and providing strong leadership to the care team.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained. This includes developing and implementing individual care plans and risk assessments for each child, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with children, families, external agencies, and professionals involved in their care.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Home. They will also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or be working towards it. A sound knowledge of Ofsted legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
