We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children Home Manager to lead our state-of-the-art residential children's homes in Stoke-On-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children with emotional behavior disorders and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership and management to ensure the home meets Ofsted standards and regulations.
- Implement and monitor the child's care plan, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations.

- 5+ years of experience in residential children's settings.
