Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Francesca's Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing allocated Franchised Dealers in their business processes and sales of Genuine Parts within the independent Automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase Trade Parts sales performance throughout Castleford and surrounding areas.
- Work closely with Franchised Dealers to understand their business needs and provide support to achieve their sales goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow Trade Parts sales and develop new business relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in developing Genuine Parts or Trade Parts Sales.
- Strong understanding of the Vehicle Trade Parts sales and the benefits of Genuine Parts to the trade.
- Excellent people influencing skills and ability to work effectively with Franchised Dealers.
- High level of analytical skills with the ability to present compelling business cases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present at all levels.
- PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Solid understanding of Vehicle Parts operations and their route to market.
- Flexible approach to business with a willingness to travel and work outside of normal hours when required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum.
- £5,000 bonus.
- 28 days holiday per year.
- Pension scheme.
- Death in Service benefit.
