- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships or products and services.
- Self-generate business leads via telephone and face-to-face meetings operating to a senior level.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction sales role.
- Experience within the Modular industry is preferred.
- The ideal applicant will be a sales coordinator who has strong connections and relationships within the healthcare, education, and sports industries.
