Job Title: Chef Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef Supervisor to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve excellent results
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a contract catering environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
