Job Description

In this exciting role as a Telecommunications Network Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of specialist services to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing broadband and TV services, resolving broadband faults, and optimizing speed in our customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT.

You will work efficiently while being considerate and maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction. You will also respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes 25 days annual leave per annum, life assurance, access to Employee Assistance Programmes, and access to career developmental opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
