Job Description: Telecommunications Field Technician

Hiring now for a talented Telecommunications Field Technician to join our team in Scotland. In this exciting new role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading ISP to implement network solutions and resolve technical issues at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues. A full UK driving licence is required, as frequent travel will be necessary to visit customer sites.

The salary for this position is £23,500 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days holiday, rising to 35 days after 5 years, and opportunities for certification and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement network solutions at customer sites
  • Provide installation support and report on progress
  • Work with the Managed Networks Team to resolve technical issues
  • Provide remote hands and hardware support
  • Travel frequently to customer sites

  • Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Full UK driving licence
