  • Acting as the face of the store, you will confidently greet, assist, and sell to clients in a professional and consultative manner.
  • You will be a positive brand ambassador through your behaviour and personal presentation, adhering to dress code guidelines.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering first-class service and ensuring that clients feel valued and appreciated.
  • Execute and achieve visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of our collections, including fit, fabric, function, trims, and trend.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, both local and international, to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Honour store standards by treating the store as a showroom and respecting our premium products.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in fashion, art, or hospitality with a proven track record in delivering world-class client experiences.
  • Fashion expertise with advanced knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent personal presentation and a true ambassador for Manière De Voir.
  • Strong communication skills (fluent English) and natural hosting ability with inspirational and charismatic character.
  • Strong work ethic, personal drive, and attention to detail.
