About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Behaviour Lead to join our team at Ark Victoria Academy.

The successful candidate will have experience in establishing effective relationships with challenging young people and their families, as well as a proven track record of leading and managing large groups of students in a complex inner-city environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include contributing to the strategic leadership of the academy, ensuring effective behaviour management systems and procedures are consistently implemented, and developing and implementing behaviour management policies and procedures.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £39,530 per annum, paid pro rata for term time.

As an employee of Ark Victoria Academy, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 26 days paid holiday per year, enrolment in a local government pension scheme, and access to tailored professional development opportunities.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, psychology, sociology).
  • Experience in behaviour management, preferably in a secondary school setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage large groups of students.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
