We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive our expansion into London's Insurance and Financial Services market. As a key member of our team, you will inherit a portfolio of top-tier clients and leverage this foundation to build out a high-impact service line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to engage with key stakeholders and drive new business growth
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to design and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with emerging trends in the financial services sector, including digital transformation, AI, data analytics, and fintech
  • Utilizing industry best practices to deliver exceptional service delivery and manage effective relationships with both line management and HR
  • Staying ahead of market dynamics through active participation in technology meetups, social groups, and industry conferences
  • Working towards a quarterly target in a commission-driven environment

Desired Background Skills / Experiences and Attributes:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a 360-degree recruitment agency environment, preferably within the London Tech/IT recruitment sector
  • A deep understanding of how technology is transforming the financial services industry, particularly in areas such as digital transformation, AI, data analytics, and fintech
  • A proven ability to establish and develop high-value relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong influencing skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of ambition, self-drive, and commitment to personal and career development

Our compensation package is highly competitive, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. This includes:

  • An estimated salary range of £35,000-£70,000 (OTE), plus uncapped commission

  • 25 days' annual leave, plus additional incentive days
