**Job Title:** Payroll Administrator

A reputable business in Fareham needs a Payroll Officer to join their accountancy team on a temporary contract.

The role is expected to last 6 months, with possible further extension. It will be a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home.

Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong reputation. They are currently running a project across the finance team, where additional support is needed in payroll. The office has free onsite parking, close to the M27.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payrolls from start to finish
  • Updating employee records accurately
  • Handling new starter/leaver updates efficiently
  • Calculating statutory payments
  • Producing tax documents
  • Responding to employee queries

To be considered for this position, you will need to have experience in payroll administration, including end-to-end payroll processing and dealing with employee queries.
