Your Role

As a Wealth Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized, independent financial advice to our clients. You will have the chance to assist various clients in managing their financial affairs. With licenses in multiple jurisdictions, deVere Group enables cross-border financial planning and provides access to cutting-edge industry technology to support your clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture a portfolio of wealth management clients.
  • Maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through consistent communication and personalized advisory services.
  • Identify and address clients' financial needs while uncovering new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to assess clients' personal and financial situations, delivering tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Provide needs-based solutions through effective communication and persuasive skills.
  • Continuously gather insights to evaluate potential impacts and identify risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Analyze global markets and client circumstances to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Offer comprehensive advice on a wide range of financial products, including:
    • Lump Sum Investments
    • Fixed-Income Products
    • Global Funds, including Equity, VC, ESG
    • Regular Savings Plans
    • Portfolio Bonds
    • International Pension Planning
    • Fintech Solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong service orientation with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • UK level 4 advisory qualification or a commitment to achieve this certification.
  • Experience managing high net worth clients is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with lump sum investments, offshore investments, fintech, bonds, or pension products is a plus.
  • A trustworthy, professional team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail to assess investment risks.
  • A proven sales record is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ambition and a drive for success, motivated by targets.
