Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at mbf. as a Senior Wealth Manager. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for delivering expert financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing continuous support and advice.
  • Engage in business development to attract new clients, leveraging internal and external networks.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions, particularly in complex and higher-risk areas.
  • Provide guidance to paraplanning and administration teams, ensuring high standards and timely task completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning services.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain expertise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 4 qualification, ideally progressing towards the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
  • Maintenance of SPS in line with professional body requirements.
  • Prior experience as a Financial Planning Specialist, whether newly qualified or more experienced.
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, client advice, and complex advisory areas.
  • Understanding of financial markets, risk management techniques, and regulatory frameworks.
