Role Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture a clientele base in wealth management (B2C).
  • Oversee and support a portfolio of clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships through personalized advisory services.
  • Continuously build assets under management (AUM) by identifying clients' financial needs and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews to ascertain clients' personal and financial requirements, delivering tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Provide needs-based solutions through effective communication and influence.
  • Gather pertinent information to evaluate potential impacts and identify risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Analyze global markets and clients' situations to select the most suitable products and services, leveraging our international licenses.
  • Advise on a comprehensive range of financial products and services, including:
    • Lump Sum Investments
    • Fixed-Income Products
    • Global Funds (Equity, VC, ESG)
    • Regular Savings Plans
    • Portfolio Bonds
    • International Pension Planning
    • Fintech Solutions
  • Stay informed and comply with all relevant legislative, financial, procedural, and quality standards.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management.
  • Service-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills, paying close attention to detail.
  • UK level 4 advisory qualification or a desire to achieve this credential.
  • Experience managing high-net-worth clients is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of lump sum investments, offshore investments, fintech, bonds, or pension products is advantageous.
  • A trustworthy, financially sound, and professional team player dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong judgment skills and attention to detail to analyze investment risks.
  • A proven sales record is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ambitious and driven by success and targets.
