About the Position:

We are seeking a Director of Student Support Services to join our team at Excell Supply. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our student support services, promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being among learners and staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive student support plan that addresses the social, emotional, and mental health needs of learners.
  • Lead and manage colleagues in the development and delivery of wellbeing-focused interventions and small group sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or education, and have significant experience in a leadership role within a school or health-related setting. A strong understanding of safeguarding regulations and the ability to promote positive mental health among learners and staff are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,459-£38,289 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience, and a range of benefits.
