About the Role
The University of Cambridge Museums is seeking a part-time Museum Education and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in the humanities and experience in teaching in a museum environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver classes and events for students and the public
- Assist with training and managing volunteers
- Advise on the expansion of provision and resource implications
- Select and manage specialist providers and staff
- Provide advice and training for teachers
- Contribute to Faculty access initiatives
About the Museum
The Museum of Classical Archaeology is home to a collection of over 600 plaster casts of Greek and Roman sculpture, as well as ancient artefacts. We work closely with other University of Cambridge collections and museums regionally, nationally and internationally.
