Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor to join our team. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and assessments.
  • Conduct online remote assessments and face-to-face assessments when required.
  • Hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly).
  • Have a good level of ICT skills and be confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification or willingness to complete during employment: PTLLS/AET.
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care.
  • Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.

What We Offer:

  • Circa £27,000 + bonus potential for Levels 2/3 delivery.
  • £31,000 + bonus potential for Level 5 delivery.
