About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated School Immunisation Team Nurse to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the school-aged vaccination programme in a safe and inclusive manner, working within the NMC code of conduct. This will involve working mainly in office and school settings, with occasional clinics in local family hubs during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering vaccinations and healthcare services to children and young people in schools and community settings
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure effective service delivery
  • Providing education and support to parents and carers on immunisation and health-related topics
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
