**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our team in East Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a background in conveyancing and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
- Carry out various secretarial and administrative tasks, including managing travel and diaries.
- Transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail, upholding the firm's professional standards.
- Manage documents and records, utilizing expertise in MS Office packages.
Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of private client work.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with proficiency in all MS Office packages.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
