Conveyancing Secretary Professional

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary Professional to join our successful law firm based in Belfast City Centre. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for managing a large residential caseload, working closely with solicitors, agents, brokers, and clients to ensure all expectations are met.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years of residential conveyancing experience, with a proven track record of handling volume conveyancing work. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside solicitors to manage a large residential caseload
- Deal with agents, brokers, and clients to ensure expectations are met
- Ensure the conveyancing process runs smoothly up to completion
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of residential conveyancing experience
- Proven track record of handling volume conveyancing work
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Keen eye for detail
Estimated Salary: £NEG per annum.
