About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Credit Legal Administrator to join our team at Harper Recruitment. As a Credit Legal Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit and legal processes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Referring legal cases to third-party debt collection agencies
  • Organising and maintaining accurate records of legal documents and evidence
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and other communication methods
  • Translating documents using translation software
  • Maintaining accuracy in data and reporting
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to problems

Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration, with a background in a legal or credit setting
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Confident working in a multilingual environment
