**Supporting Children with Complex Needs**

We are working with a school in St Albans to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a full-time supply role supporting individuals with SEND in a mainstream class. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of children with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support on a 1-2-1, small group and whole class basis
  • Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom and throughout the school
  • Ability to support students and encourage their progression
  • Willingness to comply with the school's policies and implement effectively

**Requirements:**

  • Recent experience working in a primary school or with school-aged children
  • A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable
  • Previous SEND experience is essential
