Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Network Operations Manager. This position requires an individual with strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, they will manage vendors and suppliers providing services under the infrastructure and security umbrella.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective management of 3rd parties, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Implementation and maintenance of ITIL Foundation and Prince 2 best practices.
  • Strong understanding of ISO and governance principles.
  • Prior experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong people management and team working abilities.
  • Impeccable time management and organization.
Compensation Package

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per annum, inclusive of bonus, annual leave, market-leading pension contribution, private medical insurance, life assurance, on-site parking, canteen, treatments, flex-time, social clubs, and many more perks.
