">Care Worker Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Care Worker to join our team at our Extra Care Scheme in New Milton, Wooldridge View. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with daily tasks, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Promote independence and encourage participation in activities
- Identify new opportunities for integration and inclusion within our services and the community
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure
- The ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including:
- 6 weeks paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Excellent Refer a Friend bonus scheme
- Training time paid (National Living Wage)
