About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Social Care in Action. As a key member of our Extra Care Schemes, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to remain safe and well in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support. You will be responsible for promoting independence, encouraging participation, and engaging with individuals to understand their unique needs and preferences.

With a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will also benefit from comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional development.
