Job Overview

TSS (Total Security Services) Ltd is a leading provider of security services in the UK. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Taunton.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50 per hour, plus benefits including paid breaks, staff discount, company pension, free uniform, ongoing training, promotion path, and flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities
  • To provide a visible uniformed deterrent and contribute to the safety and security of the Client's premises and staff.
  • To carry out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
  • To maintain site knowledge and identify developments at local level.
  • To understand and implement Fire and Safety evacuation procedures.
  • To assist with staff and contractor searches if required by the Client.
  • To maintain the Security base in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be available for FULL TIME shifts (40 hours a week), including weekends, and have a valid SIA license. They will also need to conduct themselves in a manner that brings credit to themselves and the Company.
