Global Talent Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to shape our global talent acquisition and development strategies, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with HR and global leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the People Team and key stakeholders to refresh and implement our talent development strategy globally.
- Communication & Engagement: Effectively communicate with leaders, people managers, and staff on key talent initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in talent management with a focus on both acquisition and development in a global context.
- Strong understanding of talent development strategies and best practices.
- Expertise in managing TA search channels and methods.
- Strong track record in delivering large-scale talent programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess talent acquisition metrics and make informed decisions.
Estimated annual salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 depending on location and qualifications.
