Schedule:

We are able to be flexible with the working schedule, we are looking for 4 days however this will include a Monday & Saturday.

Salary:

£11.44ph -£20ph experience dependant plus commissions.

There are plenty of exciting opportunities waiting, including roles as in-salon educators and leadership positions.  We are looking for someone with a minimum shop floor experience of 3-5 years.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI & GUY experience.

Cultivate and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.

Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through in-depth product knowledge.

Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.

Champion the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles.

Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently.
